【摘要】 目的 ：研究婆罗双树样基因4(SALL4)蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 ：收集福建医科大学附属第二医院2012年1月～2019年6月间170例膀胱尿路上皮癌标本及20例癌旁正常膀胱尿路上皮黏膜标本，制作组织芯片，运用免疫组织化学方法研究SALL4蛋白在正常膀胱黏膜上皮、低级别及高级别膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达，观察其在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达差异及其与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。结果 ：SALL4蛋白在膀胱正常尿路上皮中不表达，在膀胱低级别尿路上皮癌和高级别尿路上皮癌中的阳性表达率分别为10%和49.12%。SALL4蛋白表达与组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及脉管侵犯正相关；且SALL4表达组尿路上皮癌预后更差，总生存时间更短。结论 ：SALL4蛋白主要在高级别尿路上皮癌中表达，促进膀胱尿路上皮癌增殖、浸润和转移，与肿瘤预后差相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives : To evaluate the expression of spalt-like protein 4(SALL4) in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods : One hundred seventy bladder cancer samples and 20 paracancerous normal urothelial samples were collected. Tissue microarray was made and immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of SALL4 in normal bladder urothelium, low-grade and high-grade bladder urothelial carcinoma, and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Results : SALL4expression was negative in normal urothelium, but the positive expression rate in low-grade and high-grade urothelial carcinomas was 10% and 49.12%, respectively. The expression of SALL4 protein was positively correlated with histological grade, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion. And, a shorter overall survival time and poor prognosis was observed in the SALL4 positive group. Conclusions : SALL4 protein is mainly expressed in high-grade urothelial carcinoma, which promotes the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis, and its expression is associated with the poor prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.更多还原
