【摘要】 运用文献资料、社会调查与逻辑分析等方法，对“后北京冬奥”时期冰雪运动进校园的机遇进行梳理，总结与归纳了冰雪运动进校园的现实困境，并提出相应的优化策略。研究认为，北京冬奥运会的成功举办促成了冰雪进校园的资源性保障、政策性支持与国内冬奥赛事体系的完善。然而，南北地域与气候差异导致“战略”全面推进难度较大、社会组织动员方式存在着诸多自身的局限、缺乏相应的配套措施是当下“战略”推进的现实困境。基于当下现实困境，提出以下优化策略：以“差异化”对待原则结合新科技、新材料全面推进，整合政府、学校与社会三方协同动员与培育社会力量，依据顶层设计完善政策相关的配套措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature, social investigation and logical analysis, this paper sorted out the opportunities of snow and ice sports entering the campus during the post-Beijing Winter Olympics, summarized the realistic predicament of snow and ice sports entering the campus, and put forward corresponding optimization strategies. The research shows that the successful hosting of Beijing Winter Olympic Games has contributed to the resource guarantee, policy support and the improvement of the domestic winter Olympic Games system. However, the regional and climate differences between the north and the south make it difficult to promote the "strategy" in an all-round way, and there are many limitations in the mobilization methods of social organizations, and the lack of corresponding supporting measures are the realistic difficulties in promoting the "strategy" at present. Based on the current practical difficulties, the following optimization strategies are put forward,with the principle of "differentiated treatment" combined with the comprehensive promotion of new technologies and new materials, the government, schools and society are integrated to mobilize and cultivate social forces, and the supporting measures related to policies are improved according to the top-level design.更多还原
