考虑风电机组传动链疲劳载荷的常态化惯量响应方法
Inertia Response Method Considering Fatigue Load of Wind Turbine Drive Train
【摘要】 风电机组参与系统惯量响应能够提高频率稳定性,但其传动链的疲劳载荷会显著增加不利于长时间稳定运行。为使风电机组能够进行常态化惯量响应,提出考虑传动链疲劳载荷的惯量控制方法,首先根据风电机组动力学特征建立其状态空间方程,再推导调频控制量与传动链扭矩波动的关系,通过疲劳载荷最小化和惯量响应出力范围约束实时求解风电机组功率参考值,通过每个积分步长上的功率调节同时实现疲劳载荷最小化和惯量响应能力的最大化,最后通过仿真对提出的方法进行验证。
【Abstract】 The participation of the wind turbine in the system inertia response can improve the frequency stability. However, the fatigue loads of its drive train increase significantly, which is not conducive to long-term stable operation. In order to enable the wind turbine to perform a normalized inertia response, an inertia control method considering the above fatigue loads is proposed. Firstly, according to the dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine, its state space equation is established. Then we deduce the relationship between the inertia control signal and the low-speed shaft torque fluctuation. The wind turbine power reference is solved in real-time through fatigue loads minimization and inertia response output range constraints. Finally, the proposed method is verified by simulation.
