【摘要】 以广州某办公建筑的碳排放强度为研究对象，建立不同强度的碳减排模型并制定相应的技术体系，并进行相应的经济效益分析测算，进一步优化模式设定及技术体系，确定碳排放的发展模式。根据实现碳排放的减碳工况，提出首选技术、重点技术、建议技术和备选技术，为后续同类办公建筑的碳排放设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the carbon emission intensity of an office building in Guangzhou as the research object, a carbon emission reduction model of different intensity was established and the corresponding technical system was formulated,and corresponding economic benefit analysis and measurement was carry out, to further optimize the mode set and technical system, to determine the development mode of carbon emissions. According to the working condition of carbon emission reduction, the preferred technology, key technology, suggested technology and alternative technology are put forward, which can provide reference for the following similar office buildings of carbon emission design.更多还原
