【摘要】 高等学校创新能力提升计划是我国高等教育领域一项重大战略举措，然而，高校之间办学层次、资助规模、优势特色学科存在鲜明的差异。本文以江苏省有机固体废弃物资源化协同创新中心为研究对象，论述了农林高校协同创新中心建设初期出现的问题，机制体制改革的内容和改革实践的成效。从行业状态、成果产出、人才培养、学科建设、国际交流合作等方面阐述了高校协同创新中心的改革创新之路，并探讨了高校协同创新中心可持续发展的优化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The innovation ability improvement plan of universities is a major strategic measure in the field of higher education in China, however, there are distinct differences in the level of education, funding scale, and advantageous characteristic disciplines among universities. Taking the Jiangsu provincial collaborative innovation center for resource utilization of organic solid waste as the research object, this paper introduces the common problems in the early stage of the construction and the institutional reform of the collaborative innovation center of agriculture and forestry universities. The reform and innovation path of the center is elaborated from the aspects of solid-waste industry status, achievement output, nurturing talents, discipline construction, international exchange and cooperation. The sustainable development and improvement path of the university collaborative innovation center are also discussed in some details.更多还原
