【Abstract】 International exchange and cooperation, as one of the five core functions of colleges and universities,plays an important role in the development of higher education. It is not only an important approach for China to becoming a modernized educational power, but also one of the significant indicators to evaluate the degree of opening up of education. Taking provincial universities and colleges in Shandong Province as examples,this paper summarizes the status quo of their internationalization, points out the problems existing in the internationalization of higher education, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of assessment system of universities and colleges’ internationalization. Targeting the fundamental task of China’s higher education,which is fostering virtue and ability in talents, the assessment system of internationalization towards universities and colleges in Shandong province has been primarily formed, providing reference for high-quality development of the internationalization of higher education.更多还原
