【Abstract】 In medical education, clinical internship is a very crucial part. Obstetrics and gynecology is a special discipline that focuses on women,and the patient’s awareness of self-protection and rights brings many difficulties to the clinical internship. In order to improve the clinical internship effect of medical students, our teaching department uses the teaching method combining cooperative trial teaching method and simulation medical education in the clinical eight-year internship teaching, so that students learn to learn actively, improve the students’ solidarity and collaboration ability and clinical practice ability, and thus improve the clinical position competence of medical students.
