培养学生创新能力的化学实践课程探索
Design and construction of chemistry practice course to cultivate students’ innovative ability
【摘要】 有效提升高校青年学生的科学素养和专业认同是培养高素质创新人才的关键。本文依托南京工业大学化学学科平台,于国内率先面向化学专业学生开设化学创新实践课程。课程秉持科学性与实践性相融合的理念,提出以“问题导向+团队合作(PBL+TBL)”相结合的创新教学模式,强调以学生团队为核心,以推动社会和生活进步相关的科学问题为导向,并由学生团队将研究与解决方案自主设计为科普微课程内容。通过全员、全过程参与微课程中相关科学问题的解决,达到既培养了化学专业学生的科学精神和实践创新能力,又凝聚了学生专业认同与职业认同,从而全面提升了学生核心素养。
【Abstract】 The effective improvement of the scientific literacy of college students is crucial in the cultivation of the high-quality innovative talents. Based on the chemistry discipline platform in Nanjing Tech University, it has taken the lead in China to set up chemistry practice innovative course for chemistry majors. With the target of scientific and practical integration, this course investigates the innovative dual-teaching mode in the combination of problem-based learning(PBL) and team-based learning(TBL) strategy. In this PBL-TBL practice courses, the student teams act as the principal enforcer, who are required to independently design and complete the minicourse of chemical scientific problems that focused on the promotion of social and life progress. The practice minicourse can cultivate the scientific spirit and practical innovation ability of chemistry students, and further condense the students’ professional identity and professional identity, so as to comprehensively improve the students’ core literacy.
