【摘要】 近年来，随着招生规模的迅猛增长，研究生的心理健康问题也逐渐暴露出来，特别是刚入学后，在陌生的学习和生活环境下，心理上难免会出现变化，一部分跨学科、跨专业背景的农林学科研究生就更容易出现适应不良的困境。为深入了解农林学科研究生的心理健康状况，本文以山东农业大学林学院农林学科研究生为研究对象，于2020—2022年，连续三年采用大学生心理健康调查表对他们的心理健康状况进行调研，分析产生心理问题的主要原因，提出应对策略，并阐述了林学院几年来开展研究生心理健康教育的实践效果，以期更好地促进农林学科研究生心理健康教育工作的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid growth of the enrollment scale, the mental health problems of graduate students are gradually exposed. Especially after the enrollment, in the unfamiliar learning and living environment,psychological changes will inevitably occur, and some interdisciplinary and cross-professional graduate students in agriculture and forestry are more prone to maladjustment.How to help these students solve psychological problems, avoid the occurrence of extreme events, how to carry out mental health education, these problems need to be solved.In order to deeply understand the mental health status of agricultural and forestry graduate students,this paper takes the College of Forestry, Shandong Agricultural University as the research object.
