西北工业大学航空工程来华留学生实践育人协同体系探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Practical Education Cooperation System for International students in Aeronautical Engineering at the Northwestern Polytechnical University

【摘要】 航空工程是一个综合化的强实践特色学科,以新时代航空工程留学生人才培养需求为牵引,针对航空工程来华留学生培养过程中不仅要重视理论教学,更要重视实践教学环节的培养模式。在“IUPS共同体”理念下,本文强调重视实践教学环节,提出构建通过“三小三大”开展“时空融合”实践招生解决“教学入口”问题,通过“三改三新”开展“学做研创”实践教学解决“教学过程”问题,通过“三动三促”开展“同频共振”实践协同解决“教学出口”问题。在此基础上,探索航空工程国外来华留学生实践育人全链条的构建探索和创新实践,着力培养高素质的合格航空工程人才。

【Abstract】 Aeronautical Engineering is an integrated characteristic discipline emphasizing practice. Taking the need for cultivation of international students in new era aeronautical engineering as the traction power, the teaching process for such international students in China shall focus on both theoretical teaching and practical teaching. In this cultivation mode and under the concept of “IUPS Community”, the practical teaching process is stressed, and it is proposed that the “Teaching Entrance” problem can be solved by applying the “Three-Small and Three-Big”(Small Model Airplane, Small Partner, Small Creation; Big Aviation, Big Cooperation, Big Future)model and carrying out “Spatial-Temporal Fusion” student recruitment, the “Teaching Process” problem solved by applying the “Three-Reform and Three-New”(Teaching Reform, Graduation Project Reform, Internship Reform; New Framework, New Path, New Dimension) model and carrying out practical teaching combining “Study, Practice, Research and Innovation”, and the “Teaching Exit” problem solved by applying the “Three-Joint and Three-Promotion”(Joint Linkage, Joint Interaction, Joint Action; Reputation Promotion, Quality Promotion,Efficiency Promotion) model and carrying out “Same-Frequency and Same-Resonance” practice. On this basis,the complete chain of practical education for international students in aeronautical engineering will be built, and through exploration, innovation and practice in this respect, the cultivation of high-quality talents in aeronautical engineering will be pushed forward.
