【摘要】 针对一流本科课程的建设需求，从惯习的角度分析了在校大学生出现学业成绩差异化的原因，结果表明学生惯习的建构情况对学业成绩影响较为显著。结合学生主要是在校学习、实践机会有限的特点，以研讨课为例，从选题和组织方式两方面提出了建构学生惯习的方法。为更好地指导学生建构惯习，需要教师强起来，具备一定量的文化资本，提高文化资本的拥有量需要教师建构惯习，即要指导学生建构惯习，先要自己建构惯习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the construction requirements of first-class undergraduate courses, the reasons for the academic performance differences among the college students are discussed from the perspective of habitus.The results show that the habitus has more significant effect on the academic performance. Since the college students are at school and have few internship opportunities, topic selection and organizational form of seminar are proposed to promote habitus construction. To be more competent in teaching, requirements on culture capital of teachers are presented. Habitus construction of the teachers are should be carried out to obtain more culture capital. In order to teach students how to construct habitus, teachers should construct their own habitus at first.更多还原
