【摘要】 目的：探讨BOPPPS教学模式联合思维导图在心血管内科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法：选取88名2021年7月—2022年1月进入心血管内科见习的本科护生作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其随机分为两组，观察组44例，采用BOPPPS教学模式联合思维导图；对照组44例，采用传统带教法，对比分析2种教学方法的教学效果。结果：观察组的理论考核成绩和操作考核成绩均优于对照组，禅意均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组的临床思维能力、学习兴趣、分析问题及解决问题的能力、教学内容具体化和条理化、教学方法满意度均高于对照组，差异明显，有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：将BOPPPS教学模式联合思维导图应用于心血管内科护生的临床护理带教中可提高护生的各项考核成绩，有效提高临床护理教学效果，值得在心内科临床教学中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind mapping in clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular medicine. Methods: A total of 88 undergraduate nursing students enrolled as interns in cardiovascular medicine from July 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects,randomly divided into two groups using random number table method, 44 cases in the observation group,BOPPPS teaching mode combined with mind mapping; In the control group, 44 cases were treated with traditional teaching method, and the teaching effect of the two teaching methods was compared and analyzed. Results: The theoretical and operational test scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and there was statistical significance in Zen(P < 0.05). The clinical thinking ability, learning interest, ability to analyze and solve problems, concretization and organization of teaching content, and satisfaction of teaching methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The application of BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind map in clinical nursing teaching of nursing students in cardiovascular department can improve the scores of various assessments of nursing students,effectively improve the effect of clinical nursing teaching, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical teaching of cardiology department.更多还原
