高铁司机作业安全虚仿系统研制及验证性信效度分析
Development of Virtual Simulation System for High-speed Railway Drivers’ Work Safety and Analysis of Its Reliability and Validity
【摘要】 为了安全、高效地开展高铁司机作业安全适应性测评研究与教学,自主研发高铁司机作业安全适应性测评虚仿系统,并进行验证性信效度分析。被试为68名新职高铁司机,信度检验采用“重测信度”指标,全体被试测评后,随机抽取其中35名被试在间隔2周后进行重测;效度检验采用“构想效度”和“内容效度”指标,将被试测试成绩与成熟的技能测试、基本认知能力测试进行比较以检验构想效度,根据10名专家评定结果检验内容效度。结果显示,各分测试重测相关系数为0.76~0.91(P <0.01);各分测试与成熟测试比较的相关系数为0.41~0.57(P <0.05);专家评定平均分大于5分。重测信度、构想效度和内容效度指标均符合测量学要求,说明本系统具有良好的稳定性、可靠性和有效性,可用于高铁司机的作业安全适应性评估与实验教学。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we developed and researched the Virtual Simulation System in order to safely and efficiently develop the operation safety adaptability evaluation and teaching of high-speed railway drivers with reliability and validity test. The participants included 68 fresh high-speed railway drivers. And they were all tested the reliability test adopting the “Test-Retest Reliability” index. After two weeks, we selected 35 participants from them to retest the reliability. For validity test, we used “Construct Validity” and “Content Validity” index.We compared text scores of participants with Mature Skill Test and Basic Cognitive Ability Test to checkout the Construct Validity and tested the Content Validity through the evaluation outcomes of 10 experts. Results demonstrated that retest correlation coefficient of each sub-test was 0.76 ~ 0.91( P<0.001). Besides, correlation coefficient was 0.41 ~ 0.57(P<0.05) between sub-tests and Mature Test. The average score of experts were all above 5 points. Test-Retest Reliability, Construct Validity and Construct Validity all met the requirements of Metrology. It showed that this system has contained good stability, reliability and effectiveness.It can be used for operation safety adaptability evaluation and experimental teaching of high-speed railway drivers.
