“营养与食品卫生学”课程双语教学实践与探索
Practice and Exploration of Bilingual Teaching in “Nutrition and Food Hygiene”
【摘要】 随着我国“健康中国”的发展战略不断推进,各大高校与国外交流合作已日渐加强,开设双语教学是提高高校教育国际化的一项重要措施。《营养与食品卫生学》是预防医学专业核心课程,本研究以公共卫生专业学生《营养与食品卫生学》双语教学课程为切入点,积极融入健康中国理念,并通过问卷调查学生对于双语教学实践的反馈,为适应我国高等医学教育全球化提供新途径,扩展适合公共卫生专业学生提升预防医学观念和技能的双语教学实践模式提供新思路。
【Abstract】 With the continuous advancement of national "Healthy China" development strategy, the exchanges and cooperation between major universities and foreign countries have been increasingly strengthened. The establishment of bilingual teaching is an important method to improve the internationalization of higher education. "Nutrition and Food Hygiene" is the core course of preventive medicine. This study takes the bilingual teaching course of "Nutrition and Food Hygiene" for students majoring in public health as an entry point, actively integrates the concept of healthy China, and investigates students’ opinions on bilingual teaching practice through questionnaires. It provides a new way to adapt to the globalization of national higher medical education, and provides new ideas for expanding the bilingual teaching practice mode suitable for public health students to improve their concepts and skills in preventive medicine.
