【摘要】 背景《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》明确提出建设健康中国的战略主题是“共建共享、全民健康”，强调加强医教协同，建立完善医学人才培养供需平衡机制，指出要以全科医生为重点，加强基层医学人才队伍建设。目的探讨1+1+1+X(1名三甲医院专科医生、1名社区全科医生、1名公共卫生人员和临床实践学生)模式在临床医学专业本科生社区实践中的应用。方法 将我校2019级临床医学专业225名本科实习生作为对照组，按常规模式进行社区实践教学，将我校2020级临床医学专业216名本科实习生作为实验组，按1+1+1+X模式进行社区实践教学，比较两组学生的实践效果。结果 实验组学生在临床思维能力、公共卫生服务能力、医学人文精神、社区情怀成绩、临床技能和医疗文书等方面的成绩均显著高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 1+1+1+X模式可有效提高学生的临床技能应用能力等综合素质，培养学生社区情怀，提升学生基层就业意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background The “Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline clearly states that the strategic theme of building a healthy China is “co-construction, sharing, and health for all”. It emphasizes strengthening the coordination of medicine and education, establishing and improving the supply and demand balance mechanism for medical personnel training, and pointing out that it is necessary to focus on general practitioners and strengthen the construction of grass-roots medical personnel. Objective To explore the application effect of the 1+1+1+X(one specialist doctor from a tertiary hospital, one community general practitioner, one public health staff and clinical practice students) mode in the community practice teaching of clinical medicine undergraduates. Methods The 225 undergraduate interns of the 2019 clinical medicine major of our school were used as the control group to carry out the routine practice mode, and the 216 undergraduate interns of the 2020 grade clinical medicine major of our school were used as the test group to carry out the 1+1+1+X mode. The practical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of students in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group in clinical thinking ability, public health service ability, medical humanistic spirit, community sentiment performance, clinical skills and medical documents.(P<0.05). Conclusion The 1+1+1+X model can effectively improve the comprehensive qualities, community feelings, and grassroots employ of undergraduate majoring in clinical medicine.更多还原
