【摘要】 目的：探讨白细胞介素(IL-)28B与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的相关性。方法：选取UC患者68例，住院期间使用5-氨基水杨酸(5-ASA)规律治疗。选取60例健康人作为对照组。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测UC患者治疗前治疗后及60例健康对照血清IL-28B水平。收集UC患者各项临床资料，统计上述各项指标与血清IL-28B水平的相关性。结果：UC患者与健康人的IL-28B的表达水平不同，并且疾病的活动程度、核周型抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(pANCA)阳性对IL-28B血清表达水平有影响。5-ASA能够减轻患者的炎性反应，病情好转后的UC患者IL-28B表达水平升高。结论：UC与IL-28B的表达水平有一定相关性，并且疾病的活动程度、pANCA的阳性对IL-28B血清表达水平有影响。5-ASA能减轻患者的炎性反应，病情好转后的患者IL-28B表达水平升高，预测IL-28B可以在UC的病程中起到保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore of the correlation between Interleukin(IL)-28B and Ulcerative colitis(UC). Method We selected 68 patients who treated with 5-Aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA). And 60 healthy people as the control group. IL-28B levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 68 UC patients before and after treatment, and the IL-28B levels were also detected by ELISA in the 60 healthy controls. Collect patient clinical data, analyze the effects of the above indexes on serum IL-28B expression.Results The expression level of IL-28B varies between UC patients and healthy individuals, and the degree of disease activity and positive pANCA have an impact on the serum expression level of IL-28B. 5-ASA can alleviate the inflammatory response of patients, and the expression level of IL-28B increases in UC patients after improvement.Conclusion The expression level of IL-28B was correlated with ulcerative colitis, and the degree of disease activity and positive pANCA have an impact on the serum expression level of IL-28B. 5-ASA can alleviate the inflammatory response of patients, and the expression level of IL-28B increases in UC patients after improvement, it is predicted that IL-28B can play a protective role in the progression of UC.更多还原
