轴承亚表面白蚀缺陷的检测研究综述
Research Review on the Detection of Subsurface White Etching Defect in Bearings
【摘要】 金属亚表面缺陷严重影响着轴承零件的寿命。而位于金属亚表面的白蚀缺陷是轴承早期失效的特征之一,其微观组织的改变和裂纹扩展会造成轴承表面剥落。与轴承经典疲劳失效不同,该现象发生于轴承运行初期,严重影响轴承的使用寿命。由于白蚀缺陷深度浅、尺寸小,且常规检测手段存在局限性,因此,检测分析意义重大,具有一定难度。本文介绍了白蚀缺陷的分类、成因和微观组织,分析比较了各类检测方法的优劣。
【Abstract】 Metal subsurface defects seriously affect the life of bearing parts.The white etching defect located on the metal subsurface is one of the characteristics of early bearing failure, and the change of microstructure and crack growth will cause the bearing surface spalling.Different from the classical fatigue failure of bearings, this phenomenon occurs in the early running stage of bearings and seriously affects the service life of bearings.Due to the shallow depth, small size and limitations of conventional detection methods, detection and analysis are significant and difficult.This paper introduces the classification, cause and microstructure of white etching defects, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods.
