【Abstract】 In order to meet the development needs of beef cattle industry in Jilin province, facing the problems such as low breeding efficiency, poor technical application effect and lack of talents in the process of expanding and propagating beef cattle improved varieties, focusing on the production and application of beef cattle breeding technology, we summarized the key points of improved breed expansion and propagation technology, and sorted out the operation rules of reproduction technology such as early breed selection, estrus identification, superovulation, artificial insemination, ovum pickup, embryo transfer, etc., so as to provide theoretical basis for the standardized application of technology and the improvement of effect.
