南瓜实蝇成虫对4种寄主挥发物的嗅觉行为反应

【摘要】 为了筛选出对南瓜实蝇(Bactrocera tau)成虫具有引诱活性的挥发物质,采用Y型嗅觉仪测定南瓜实蝇成虫对(E)-3-壬烯-1-醇、正十六烷、十八烯和顺-3-己烯-1-醇4种寄主挥发物的嗅觉行为反应。结果表明,4种寄主挥发物对南瓜实蝇成虫都具有诱集效果,(E)-3-壬烯-1-醇对南瓜实蝇雌雄成虫的最高引诱率分别是78.76%和82.82%,正十六烷对南瓜实蝇雌雄成虫的最高引诱率分别是84.52%和86.84%,十八烯对南瓜实蝇雌雄成虫的最高引诱率分别是84.46%和81.89%,顺-3-己烯-1-醇对南瓜实蝇雌雄成虫的最高引诱率是84.52%和86.84%。说明(E)-3-壬烯-1-醇、正十六烷、十八烯和顺-3-己烯-1-醇可以作为南瓜实蝇成虫植物源引诱剂的成分。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out the volatiles with attractive activity to adults of Bactrocera tau(Walker). The olfactory responses of adult Bactrocera tau(Walker) to four host volatiles(heptadecane, n-hexadecane, octadecene and cis-3-hexene-1-ol) were measured by y-olfactometer. The results showed that the four host volatiles had trapping effect on the adult of Bactrocera tau(Walker). The highest attractive rates of heptadecane on Bactrocera tau(Walker) adult males were 78.76% and 82.82%. The highest attractive rates of n-hexadecane to Bactrocera tau(Walker) male and female adults were 84.52% and 86.84%, and the highest attractive rates of octadecene to Bactrocera tau(Walker) female and male adults were 84.46% and 81.89%. The highest attracting rates of cis-3-hexen-1-ol to Bactrocera tau(Walker) male and female adults were 84.52% and 86.84%. The results show that heptadecane,n-hexadecane, octadecene, and cis-3-hexen-1-ol can be used as ingredients of Bactrocera tau(Walker) adult plant attractants.
