【摘要】 以北美香柏2年生播种苗为试验材料，选取吉林省内6种典型土壤类型进行栽植试验，对试验苗木的形态指标、生物量指标，以及可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量、根系活力指标进行研究。结果表明：6种土壤类型中T4(草甸暗棕壤)营养元素含量较高，土壤透气度、pH均在适宜范围内，其培育的苗木质量均高于其他5种土壤类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 2-year-old Thuja occidentalis seedlings as experimental materials, 6 typical soil types in Jilin Province were selected for cultivation experiment. The morphological index, the biomass index, the soluble sugar content, the soluble protein content, the chlorophyll content, and the root activity index were studied. The results showed that the nutrient element content of T4(meadow dark brown soil) was higher among six soil types. The soil permeability and pH were within the suitable range. The quality of the seedling cultivated in T4 was better than that cultivated in the other five soil types.更多还原
