【Abstract】 With the expansion of the breadth and depth of vocational training, high quality vocational training has become the social responsibility that higher vocational colleges must undertake. How to further improve the quality of vocational training in higher vocational colleges has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper considers and studies the vocational training carried out by higher vocational colleges, analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats that affect its quality, and puts forward more targeted suggestions on optimizing organizational structure, docking industry needs, improving training proportion, expanding training market and so on to promote the high-quality development of vocational training in higher vocational colleges.更多还原
