【摘要】 “双减”政策是针对中小学课业负担和社会培训的问题而颁布的，目的是改变教育生态环境，减少学习压力，减轻学生负担。但是，作为基础教育的幼教也受到“超前化”的严重影响，教育焦虑情绪已蔓延到幼儿、家长及教师。因此，不仅中小学生需要“减负”,幼儿也亟需“减负”。幼教改革不仅需要借鉴中小学的经验，也需要体现幼儿教育的特点。不仅要“减”,也要“加”;“减”的是限制和约束，“加”的是自由和兴趣。本文秉持真正的“儿童立场”,致力于幼教改革方法论探讨，在分析“双减”政策背景基础上，提出减负下幼儿发展“加”“减”并施的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The “Double Reduction” policy is issued in response to the problem of curriculum load and social training in primary and secondary schools, with the aim of changing the educational ecological environment, reducing the learning pressure and reducing the burden on students.
