【摘要】 社会认知生涯理论为研究大学生的职业兴趣和生涯决策提供了坚实的理论支撑。研究者通过问卷对中南大学毕业生基层就业情况进行了调研，系统地阐述了基于社会认知生涯理论指导下，坚持目标导向、问题导向、结果导向相统一，抓好价值引领、能力培养、关怀帮扶三个环节推动毕业生基层就业的实践探索，围绕增强就业信心、强化职业认知、争取环境支持三个方面提出了推动高校毕业生基层就业工作的可行性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social cognitive career theory provides a solid theoretical support for studies on career interests and decisions of college students. This article investigates the grass-roots employment of graduates from Central South University, with the utilization of questionnaires. Based on social cognitive career theory and its students’ needs, the article details the measures of Central South University to promote grass-roots employment of its graduates, including adhering to the unity of goal orientation, problem orientation, result orientation, and focusing on the links of value guidance, ability training, care and assistance. Through the combination of the theory and practical explorations, the article puts forward feasible suggestions for promoting grass-roots employment in universities from three aspects: enhancing employment confidence, strengthening occupational cognition and making efficient use of available resources.更多还原
