铝/钢等离子弧熔-钎焊接头界面电子背散射衍射分析

【摘要】 采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术对铝合金/超高强钢等离子弧熔-钎焊接头界面的组织构成、晶粒取向和取向差分布、晶粒尺寸、织构情况进行了研究。结果表明:铝合金/超高强钢等离子弧熔-钎焊接头界面组织呈明显的双层结构,由Fe4Al13相和Fe2Al5相组成,两相在晶粒尺寸和形态上存在明显差异。Fe4Al13相呈细小的等轴晶形态,以大角度晶界为主,Fe2Al5相呈柱状晶形态,以小角度晶界为主。Fe4Al13相的晶粒尺寸明显小于Fe2Al5相晶粒尺寸。Fe4Al13相的主要织构为<010>丝织构,Fe2Al5相晶粒具有明显的择优取向,其主要织构为<001>丝织构。

【Abstract】 The technique electron backscatter diffraction was used to investigate the microstructure,grain orientation,grain size and texture of the interface intermetallic compound of aluminum alloy/ultrahighstrength steel plasma arc welding-brazing joint.The results indicated that the interface zone exhibited an obvious double-layer structure with different sizes and morphologies,which is composed of Fe4Al13 phase and Fe2Al5 phase.The Fe4Al13 phase has fine equiaxed grains morphology and is dominated by high-angle one,while the Fe2Al5 phase has columnar grains morphology and is dominated by low-angle grain boundary.The grain size of Fe4Al13 is obviously smaller than that of Fe2Al5.The main texture of Fe4Al13phase is<010>silk texture,while the main texture of Fe2Al5 phase is<001>silk texture with obvious preferred orientation.
