【Abstract】 The improvement of college physical education can be achieved by integrating games into college physical education to make physical education more fun and promote the enthusiasm of college students to participate in sports. The proper meaning of physical education in universities is to respect the rules of physical and mental development of college students, follow the basic requirements of staged education and subtle teaching methods, observe the laws of physical education for college students, integrate game activities into college students’ physical education, enhance college students’ sense of teamwork through games, increase teaching fun with games, and enrich the teaching level with game activities.
