基于4-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-甲基)苯甲酸构筑的两种磷钼杂多酸盐催化氧化脱硫性能

【摘要】 目的 合成多酸基无机-有机杂化化合物并将其作为催化剂,叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂,对硫醚类化合物进行氧化脱硫实验,探讨催化剂的氧化脱硫性能,给出最佳反应的条件。方法 根据文献方法,以4-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-甲基)苯甲酸(HL)、硝酸银和磷钼杂多酸为原料,合成两种多酸基无机-有机杂化物[Ag3(H3O)(HL)(L)](PMo12O40)·H2O(1)和(H3L)3(PMo12O40)·2H2O(2),并探讨二者的催化氧化脱硫性能。结果 最佳反应条件:模拟油5 mlL,催化剂用量10 mg,温度40℃,反应时间120 min。结论 化合物1、2对甲基苯基硫醚等硫醚类化合物均表现出较好的催化活性,在循环使用6次后仍能保持良好的催化活性。

【Abstract】 Objective The polyoxometalate-based inorganic-organic hybrids have been synthesized.The catalytic performances of catalysts for the oxidative desulfurization(ODS) have been investigated by using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as oxidants.The optimal conditions of ODS were investigated by using thioether compounds as the substrate. Methods Two phosphomolybdates, [Ag3(H3O)(HL)(L)](PMo12O40)·H2O(1)and(H3L)3(PMo12O40)·2H2O(2),were synthesized according to the references by using 4-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-methyl) benzoic acid(HL),silver nitrate and phosphomolybdate acid as raw materials.Their catalytic activities for ODS were studied. Results The optimal reaction conditions were 5 mL of model oil, 40 ℃ of temperature, 10 mg of catalyst, and 120 min of treatment time. Conclusion The results showed that two compounds exhibited efficient catalytic activity toward thioethers under the optimal reaction conditions.The catalytic oxidative activities were maintained even after six cycles.
