【Abstract】 Pancreatic fistula is a complicated complication of acute pancreatitis,and it’s diagnosis and treatment are difficult.Pancreatic fistula may be characterized by pseudocysts,encapsulated necrosis,internal and external.In this paper,the risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic fistula were comprehensively described,in order to improve the clinicians’ cognition of this complication and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
