【摘要】 骨关节炎(OA)的发生和发展是软骨细胞内、外多种因素联合作用的结果,相关机制复杂且尚未阐明,OA的治疗手段和策略也处于不断探索和更新中。软骨细胞衰老介导的细胞内因素是OA发病机制的核心环节之一,而ECM改变、滑膜炎症、关节韧带及半月板损伤、机械超负荷及关节创伤等细胞外因素与OA软骨细胞衰老密切相关。虽然细胞外因素是抑制软骨细胞衰老和OA发生发展的潜在有效靶点,但相关机制和应用策略还有待进一步研究。本文就国内外近年关于细胞外因素在OA软骨细胞衰老中的作用、机制及应用潜力进行综述,以期为后续OA发病机制及治疗靶点和策略研究提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The occurrence and development of osteoarthritis(OA) is the result of the combined action of multiple factors inside and outside chondrocytes.The related mechanisms are complex and have not been elucidated,and the treatment methods and strategies are also under constant exploration and updating.Chondrocyte senescence mediated by intracellular factors is one of the core links in the pathogenesis of OA.However,extracellular matrix(ECM) changes,synovial inflammation,joint ligament and meniscus injury,mechanical overload and joint trauma are closely related to the senescence of OA chondrocytes.Although extracellular factors are potential effective targets for inhibiting chondrocyte senescence and OA development,the related mechanisms and application strategies need to be further studied.This article reviews the role,mechanism and application potential of extracellular factors in the senescence of OA chondrocytes at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide ideas for future research on the pathogenesis of OA and the targets and strategies of comprehensive treatment.更多还原
