【摘要】 目的:编制护士职业生涯持续学习问卷并检验其信效度。方法:以计划行为理论为结构框架,经文献回顾、两轮专家函询筛选问卷条目,形成问卷初稿。于2021年12月—2022年1月采用便利抽样法选取山东省以及江苏省4家医院402名护士进行问卷调查,邀请6名专家进行内容效度测评。采用临界比值法、相关系数法对问卷进行项目分析;采用探索性因子分析、内容效度、内部一致性信度、重测信度对问卷进行信效度检验。结果:形成的护士职业生涯持续学习问卷包括5个维度、36个条目,探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为64.036%;问卷Cronbach’s α系数为0.902,重测信度为0.870;总问卷内容效度指数为0.979。结论:护士职业生涯持续学习问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估护士职业生涯持续学习行为及影响因素,以期为推动护士职业发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a continuing learning questionnaire for nurses and test its reliability and validity.Methods Using the theory of planned behavior as the framework,the questionnaire items were screened through literature review and two rounds of expert correspondence consultation to form the draft of the questionnaire.It was convenient to select 402 nurses from 4 hospitals in Shandong Province and Jiangsu Province for questionnaire survey,and invite 6 experts to evaluate the content validity.The critical ratio method and correlation coefficient method were used to analyze the items of the questionnaire.Exploratory factor analysis,content validity,internal consistency reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The questionnaire consisted of 5 dimensions and 36 items.5 common factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.036%.Cronbach’s a coefficient was 0.927,and the retest reliability was 0.870.The content validity index of the total questionnaire was 0.979.Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the behavior of nurses’ continuous learning and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of nurses’ career.更多还原
