【摘要】 目的:观察脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料联合聚氨酯泡沫敷料对供皮区创面愈合的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—6月江苏省苏北人民医院烧伤整形科行薄中厚皮片移植的120例患者,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组患者供皮区取皮后以脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料联合聚氨酯泡沫敷料覆盖创面,对照组患者供皮区以凡士林纱布覆盖创面。术后进行随访,比较两组患者供皮区创面愈合时间,创面感染情况,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及温哥华瘢痕评价量表(VSS)评分。结果:观察组供皮区愈合时间为(10.89±1.76) d,短于对照组的(13.92±2.78) d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者均未发生创面感染,对照组患者1例发生轻微感染,两组患者创面感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。术后5 d供皮区第1次换药,观察组患者VAS评分为(2.63±1.15)分,低于对照组的(6.86±2.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后6个月,观察组供皮区瘢痕VSS评分为(2.87±1.25)分,低于对照组的(6.33±2.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料联合聚氨酯泡沫敷料应用于供皮区的临床效果良好,能最大程度促进供皮区伤口愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻创面疼痛,减少供皮区瘢痕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of lipid hydrocolloid silver sulfate dressing combined with polyurethane foam dressing in promoting wound healing at the skin donor site.Methods From January 2022 to June 2022,120 patients who underwent relatively thin medium thickness skin grafting in the Department of Bum and Plastic Surgery,Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table,with 60 patients in each group.In the observation group,the wound was covered with lipid hydrocolloid sulfuric acid dressing combined with polyurethane foam dressing after skin Femoval from the donor site.The wound was covered with Vaseline gauze in the donor area of control group.Postoperative follow-up was performed to compare the wound healing time,wound infection,visual analogue scale(VAS) pain score and Vancouver scar scale(VSS) score of the two groups.Results The healing time of the donor site in the observation grovp was(10.89±1.76) days,which was smaller than that in the control group(13.92±2.78)days,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).No wound infection occurred in the observation group,and 1 patient in the control group was mildly infected.There was no statistical difference in the wound infection rate between the two groups(P> 0.05).The first dressing change at the donor site was performed 5 days after surgery.The VAS score of the observation group was(2.63±1.15)scores,lower than(6.86±2.27) scores of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The VSS score of the donor site in the observation group was(2.87±1.25) scores,lower than(6.33±2.27) scores in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of lipid hydrocolloid silver sulfate dressing combined with polyurethane foam dressing in the skin donor site has good clinical effect,which can promote the healing of the skin donor site to the greatest extent,shorten the healing time of the wound,reduce the pain of the wound,reduce the scar at the skin donor area,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.更多还原
