【摘要】 探讨用于石蜡型浸润剂的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)对高硅氧玻璃纤维纱质量的影响。测定不同厂家AEO的浊点，分别配制石蜡型浸润剂，监测浸润剂的配制过程，测定浸润剂乳液粒径、稳定性、离心率。不同浊点的AEO配制石蜡型浸润剂生产了高硅氧玻璃纤维原丝并测试物理性能，再对高硅氧玻璃纤维摇挂基纱进行酸热处理，重点关注酸处理后纱线外观、表面残留物质量分数及热烧结后纱线的物理化学性质，确定适用于高硅氧玻璃纤维石蜡型浸润剂用AEO的技术指标要求为浊点85～90℃、亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)12～13。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO) used as paraffin-based sizing agent on the quality of high silica glass fiber yarn was discussed.The cloud point of AEO from different manufacturers was determined, paraffin-based sizing agents were prepared respectively, the preparation process of sizing agents was monitored, and the granularity, stability and eccentricity of sizing agent emulsion were determined.The high silica glass fibers produced by paraffin-based sizing agents with different AEOs were tested for their physical properties, and then the high silica glass fiber yarn was subjected to acid heat treatment, focusing on the appearance of the yarn after acid treatment, the mass fraction of surface residue and the physical and chemical properties of the yarn after thermal sintering.The technical index of AEO suitable for paraffin-based sizing agents for high silica glass fibers was determined to be 85～90 ℃ and hydrophile and lipophile balance(HLB) was 12～13.更多还原
