Fe~0/氧化石墨烯强化Fenton体系处理农药中间体废水

【摘要】 通过五因素四水平正交实验,确定了Fe0/氧化石墨烯(GO)强化Fenton体系处理农药中间体废水过程的水平分别为m(Fe0)∶m(GO)=2∶1、H2O2投加量9.99 g/L、初始pH=2。然后采用单因素实验进一步确定了硫酸亚铁和铁粉的投加量分别为10.22、4.94 g/L,处理时间为50 min, CODCr去除率达到87.67%。强化Fenton体系处理出水BOD5/CODCr(B/C)值由原水0.27提高至0.39,且明显高于传统Fenton体系(0.31),表明处理后废水可生化性得到改善。

【Abstract】 Firstly, through five-factor and four-level orthogonal experiments, the mass ratios of zero valent iron to graphene oxide, the amount of hydrogen peroxide dosing, and the appropriate initial pH values of Fe0/graphene oxide(GO) strengthened Fenton system in the treatment of pesticide intermediate wastewater were determined, respectively, at 2∶1,9.99 g/L and 2.Then, a single factor experiment was used to further determine the suitable dosage of ferrous sulfate and iron powder of 10.22 and 4.94 g/L,respectively, and the removal rate of CODCrreached 87.67% under the determined conditions.The B/C value of the effluent treated by the enhanced Fenton system increased from 0.27 to 0.39 in raw water, which was significantly higher than that of the traditional Fenton system(0.31),indicating that the biochemical properties of the treated wastewater were well improved.
