【摘要】 通过数字普惠金融推动农地流转，有助于盘活农地资源，对于推动乡村振兴和实现农民农村共同富裕意义重大。基于2011—2020年30个省份的面板数据，实证检验数字普惠金融对农地流转的影响及其作用机制。结果表明：数字普惠金融能够显著促进农地流转，金融发展水平和技术创新水平在数字普惠金融促进农地流转中发挥中介作用；门槛效应检验表明，在不同农业机械化水平和市场化水平影响下，数字普惠金融与农地流转存在非线性影响效应，当农业机械化或市场化达到某一水平时，数字普惠金融能够显著促进农地流转。因此，应进一步推动数字普惠金融在农村的发展，创新金融产品和服务，完善农村数字基础设施，加强政策指引，提高地区技术创新水平，深化农地制度改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the transfer of farmland through digital inclusive finance will help revitalize farmland resources, and is of great significance to promote rural revitalization and bring common prosperity to farmers and rural areas. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2020, we empirically test the impact of digital inclusive finance on farmland transfer and its mechanism. The results show that digital inclusive finance can significantly promote farmland transfer, and the level of financial development and technological innovation plays an intermediary role in the promotion of digital inclusive finance in the farmland transfer. Threshold effect test shows that under the influence of different levels of agricultural mechanization and marketization, digital inclusive finance has a nonlinear effect on farmland transfer. When agricultural mechanization level or marketization level reaches a certain level, digital inclusive finance can significantly promote farmland transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to further promote the development of digital inclusive finance in rural areas, innovate financial products and services, improve rural digital infrastructure, strengthen policy guidance, improve regional technological innovation, and deepen the reform of farmland system.更多还原
