“一带一路”沿线国家数字化发展水平对低碳绿色绩效的影响研究
The Impact of Digital Development on Low Carbon Green Performance in Countries along the “Belt and Road”
【摘要】 本文运用熵值法和效率分析法测度了45个“一带一路”沿线国家的数字化发展水平和低碳绿色发展绩效水平,采取面板模型检验数字化发展水平对低碳绿色发展绩效的作用,使用中介效应模型分析了数字化发展水平对低碳绿色发展绩效的影响机制,并通过空间面板模型探究其空间溢出效应。研究发现:“一带一路”沿线国家数字化发展水平和低碳绿色绩效水平整体较低,区域差异较大;数字化发展对低碳绿色发展绩效具有显著的促进作用,主要通过产业结构优化和技术创新两种渠道提升了低碳绿色发展绩效;数字化发展对不同收入水平国家的低碳绿色发展绩效均具有正向作用,制度质量越好提升作用越明显;这一影响还呈现出显著的正向空间溢出效应。因此,中国政府应当持续推进数字丝绸之路和绿色“一带一路”建设,加强与沿线国家的数字领域合作,促进数字化和低碳绿色的共同发展。
【Abstract】 The entropy value method and efficiency analysis method were used to measure the digital development level and low-carbon green development performance of 45 countries along the Belt and Road.A panel model was adopted to test the role of digital development level on low-carbon green development performance.The effect of digital development level on low-carbon green development performance was analyzed using a mediating effect model, and its spatial spillover effect was explored through a spatial panel model.The study finds that the overall level of digital development and low-carbon green performance of countries along the Belt and Road is low, with large regional differences.Digital development has a significant contribution to low-carbon green development performance, through both industrial structure optimization and technological innovation, and contributes to the low-carbon green development performance of countries in the all income levels, with the better the WGI,the more significant the contribution.In addition, this effect also shows a significant positive spatial spillover effect.Therefore, the Chinese government should continue to promote the construction of the Digital Silk Road and Green Belt and Road, strengthen cooperation with countries in the digital field, and promote cooperation and joint development of digitalization and low-carbon green.
