【摘要】 本文测度2011～2019年中国281个地级及以上城市的数字经济发展水平，并将之与深沪A股上市公司数据相匹配，据此考察城市数字经济发展对企业技术创新的影响。研究发现：城市数字经济发展对企业技术创新具有促进作用，尤其促进了企业的发明创新和实用新型创新，其中主要发挥作用的是融合应用维度和数字政府维度，且这种促进作用因地区、行业和企业层面的异质性而有所差异。机制分析表明，城市数字经济通过影响企业创新要素、创新环境和创新发展策略而促进企业技术创新。鉴于此，应加快构建全国统一大市场，破除掣肘数字经济均衡发展的障碍；城市应因地制宜地制定差异化的数字经济发展规划；企业应适时适度地实施数字化转型策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper measures the development level of the digital economy of 281 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2011 to 2019, matches it with the data of A-share listed firms, and then explores its impact on corporate technical innovation. It is found that urban digital economy has a facilitating effect on enterprise technical innovation, especially on invention innovation and utility model innovation, where the integration and application dimension and the digital government dimension of urban digital economy play the main role. This facilitating effect varies according to the heterogeneities at the regional, industry and enterprise levels, and relates to the functions of urban digital economy in corporates’ innovation factors, innovation environment and innovation development strategies. Therefore, the state should accelerate the construction of the unified domestic national market so as to break down the barriers that hamper the balanced development of the digital economy; cities should make differentiated digital economy development plans according to local conditions; and enterprises should implement digital transformation strategies in a timely and appropriate manner.更多还原
