【摘要】 随着数字技术的蓬勃发展，大数据、互联网、人工智能等迅速渗透到各类实体经济中。在此背景下，作为黑龙江省第三产业中的一员——冰雪产业，与数字经济的深度融合已成为必然趋势。通过分析黑龙江省冰雪产业的发展现状以及冰雪产业价值链构成，发现黑龙江省冰雪产业价值链在发展中存在的数字化进程缓慢、价值链关键环节竞争力不足、价值链内部关联性差、价值链多元布局有待优化等问题，并针对这些问题提出政府引导、建立数据处理中心以及搭建多元主体合作平台等相应的优化路径，从而推动黑龙江省冰雪产业价值链的高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the vigorous development of digital technology, big data, Internet and artificial intelligence have rapidly penetrated into all kinds of real economy. In this context, as a member of the tertiary industry in Heilongjiang Province, ice and snow industry deeply integrates with the digital economy which has become an inevitable trend. Analyzing the development status and the value chain composition of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province, it is found that the digital process is slow, the competitiveness of key links in the value chain is insufficient, the internal correlation of the value chain is poor, and the multiple layout of the value chain needs to be optimized. The study puts forward corresponding optimization paths such as government guidance, establishment of data processing centers and multi-subject cooperation platforms, so as to promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry value chain in Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
