我国社会企业的社会影响力提升模式及效果研究
Scaling of the Social Impact of Social Enterprises in China: Models and Performance
【摘要】 我国的社会企业通过哪些模式提升社会影响力?不同模式的提升效果是否存在差异?关于上述问题目前缺乏适用的分析框架、测量指标以及实证研究。文章旨在弥补上述研究空白,通过对全国309份社会企业问卷调查数据的量化分析,揭示我国社会企业的社会影响力提升模式的整体特征,探讨不同模式对提升效果的差异化影响。主要研究发现如下:其一,社会企业的社会影响力提升模式呈现多样化发展,其中“组织内部(直接)模式”(即能力建设和组织增长)的采用率高于“组织外部(间接)模式”(即契约合作与知识传播);其二,多数社会企业混合使用多种模式,而模式的多样化程度对提升效果产生正向影响;其三,组织外部(间接)模式对于提升效果的贡献大于组织内部(直接)模式。由此可见,目前我国社会企业的社会影响力提升实践中存在着“发展悖论”,对此,文章最后提出了具体的改善建议。
【Abstract】 How many scaling models currently exist among social enterprises(SEs) in China? Are there any differences of the contributions of scaling models to scaling performance? However, there are no applicable conceptual framework, measures, and empirical studies upon these questions. To fill these research gaps, the authors of this paper conduct descriptive analysis of scaling models and further explore their influence on scaling performance, through analyzing data collected from a questionnaire survey of 309 SEs. This paper draws following conclusions. First, the scaling models are diversified and internal/direct models(namely, capacity building and organizational growth) have higher rates of application than external/indirect models(namely, contractual partnerships and knowledge dissemination). Second, most SEs utilize mixed scaling models and the diversification of scaling models has a positive impact on scaling performance. Third, the contributions of external/indirect models on scaling effect are relatively higher than these of internal/direct models. To summarize, there is a “development paradox” in the practices of scaling social impact among SEs, upon which we suggest concrete solutions.
