【摘要】 缩小行业收入差距是实现共同富裕目标的内在要求，过大的行业收入差距必然对实现共同富裕产生重要影响。文章在现有行业收入差距研究基础上，对河北省城镇单位行业收入差距现状、问题及原因进行了剖析。借鉴其他省份缩小行业收入差距经验和已有研究成果，提出提高低收入行业劳动者素质、合理引导人才流动、加大垄断监管力度、提高低收入行业科技水平和构建合理收入分配格局等缩小行业收入差距对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Narrowing the inter-industry income gap is an inherent requirement for achieving the goal of common prosperity, and an excessively large inter-industry income gap will inevitably have a significant impact on achieving common prosperity. On the basis of existing research on the inter-industry income gap, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation, problems, and causes of the inter-industry income gap in urban unit in Hebei Province. Drawing on the experience of narrowing the inter-industry income gap in other provinces and existing literature, this paper puts forward solutions of narrowing the inter-industry income gap, including improving the quality of workers in low-income industries, guiding talents flow rationally, increasing monopoly supervision, improving the technological level of low-income industries, and building a rational income distribution pattern.更多还原
