【摘要】 新时期背景下，技术进步、人口老龄化伴随着经济结构调整等因素共同对我国劳动力市场产生冲击，劳动力市场结构动态调整加快，并呈现出复杂演变的态势，传统的认知框架已经不能再解释劳动力市场的一系列变化，需要拓展新的研究框架。文章通过梳理新时期我国劳动力市场结构变化驱动因素、劳动力市场结构变化具体表现的相关文献，形成既有文献研究的理论脉络，用以解释新时期我国劳动力市场结构的动态演变趋势，并通过对既有研究成效和不足的总结，展望未来可能的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the new era, technological progress, and population aging along with economic structural adjustment and so on jointly have an impact on China’s labor market. The dynamic adjustment of labor market structure is in acceleration and presents a complex evolution trend. It is no longer possible to use the traditional cognitive framework to explain a series of changes in today’s labor market, and there is a need to extend new research frameworks. This paper combs the literature about the driving factor and the specific performance of the labor market structure adjustment in the new era in China, and forms the theoretical context of the existing literature research, so as to explain the dynamic evolution trend of China’s labor market structure in the new era. Furthermore, the possible research directions in the future are prospected through the summary of the existing research achievements and shortcomings.更多还原
