【摘要】 文章基于2010—2020年我国70个大中城市所构建的平衡面板数据，运用渐进双重差分模法系统考察了跨境电商综合试验区的设立对外贸高质量发展的影响。研究表明：总体上，跨境电商综合试验区的设立可以显著促进外贸高质量发展，经过一系列稳健性检验后结果仍然成立；进一步的机制检验发现，跨境电商综试区的设立主要通过区域创新水平和产业结构升级两个渠道对外贸高质量发展产生影响；异质性分析表明，在不同地理位置的城市和不同规模的城市中，跨境电商综合试验区的设立对外贸高质量发展的作用存在显著差异。研究为跨境电商新业态如何促进外贸高质量发展提供了经验证据，并为相关政策的制定提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on balanced panel data from 70 large and medium-sized Chinese cities from 2010 to 2020,this paper reviews the impact of comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce on the high-quality development of foreign trade by employing the progressive different-difference model. The study demonstrates that: On the whole, the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of foreign trade,as confirmed by robustness tests; further tests of mechanisms reveal that the impact of the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones on high-quality development of foreign trade is primarily through regional innovation levels and industrial structure upgrading; the heterogeneity analysis indicates that the effect of these pilot zones on high-quality development of foreign trade differs significantly between cities of different geographical locations and sizes. This study provides empirical evidence for cross-border e-commerce promoting high-quality development of foreign trade, and some reference for relevant policy formulation.更多还原
