【摘要】 作为一种新兴的社会保障制度，长期护理保险制度是推进实现共同富裕目标的重要手段。明晰长期护理保险制度和共同富裕的内在关系，将长期护理保险制度置于共同富裕目标下开展研究，具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。本文在初步厘清二者关系的基础上，从共同富裕的本质内涵角度剖析了重塑长期护理保险制度的现实约束。对此，基于国际经验从四个层面探讨了未来一段时期，在全国范围内推进长期护理保险制度的设想，旨在促使长期护理保险制度加快融入共同富裕的目标体系，通过适当的制度重塑，有效推进共同富裕目标实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an emerging social security system, the long-term care insurance system is an important means to promote the goal of common prosperity. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the intrinsic relationship between long-term care insurance system and common prosperity and to study the long-term care insurance system under the goal of common prosperity. Based on the preliminary clarification of the relationship between the two, this article analyzes the practical constraints of reshaping the long-term care insurance system from the perspective of the essential connotation of common prosperity. In this regard, based on international experience, we discuss the idea of promoting the long-term care insurance system nationwide in the coming period from four levels, aiming at accelerating the integration of the long-term care insurance system into the goal system of common prosperity and effectively promoting the realization of the goal of common prosperity through appropriate system reshaping.更多还原
