L-肉碱在卵母细胞和早期胚胎发育过程中的作用

【摘要】 卵母细胞和早期胚胎的质量是衡量雌性动物繁殖能力的重要指标。卵母细胞和早期胚胎含有丰富的脂质,由于发育过程中代谢方式的不断变化,卵母细胞与早期胚胎中的脂质通过β-氧化等方式不断动员,为卵母细胞和早期胚胎发育提供能量和膜的主要成分。L-肉碱作为β-氧化过程中的关键代谢物,已被证实对卵母细胞和早期胚胎发育具有重要促进作用。文中对L-肉碱调节动员卵母细胞和早期胚胎脂质储存的机制及研究进展进行综述,探讨L-肉碱作为卵母细胞和胚胎培养液营养补充剂的潜力和可行性,为L-肉碱在雌性生殖领域的开发利用提供重要参考。

【Abstract】 The quality of oocytes and early embryos is an important indicator of the reproductive ability of female animals. Oocytes and early embryos contain abundant lipids, and due to the continuous changes in metabolic patterns during development, lipids in oocytes and early embryos are also constantly mobilized. β-oxidation is an important energy source for the development of oocytes and early embryos. L-carnitine, as a key substance involved in the oxidation process, has been confirmed to have an impact on the development of oocytes and early embryos. This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of L-carnitine in regulating the mobilization and storage of lipids in oocytes and early embryos, and explores the potential and feasibility of L-carnitine as a nutritional supplement for oocytes and embryo culture medium, so as to provide important reference for the development and utilization of L-carnitine in the female reproductive field.
