【Abstract】 To advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization is the central task of the CPC in the new era and the new journey. State-owned enterprises are important performers of the CPC’s mission and national strategy. Promoting high-quality development of the digital economy by state-owned enterprises will help to provide the source of power, institutional guarantee, industrial support, governance guarantee and meet the requirements of common prosperity for accelerating the realization of Chinese path to modernization. In view of the insufficient and unbalanced distribution of state-owned capital in the field of digital economy, the weak ability of state-owned enterprises to operate data elements, the insufficient mastery of key core digital technologies, and the poor ability of data governance, state-owned enterprises should adjust and optimize the distribution of state-owned capital in the field of digital economy, participate in the construction of the data infrastructure system, increase the R&D and application of digital technologies, build and improve the digital economy industry chain and strengthen self-reform to promote the high-quality development of digital economy.更多还原
