【摘要】 在高校开展劳动教育是推动国家发展、践行社会主义核心价值观、实现大学生全面发展的必然要求，目前存在家庭忽视劳动启蒙教育、高校虚化劳动教育、社会淡化劳动教育等现象，导致劳动教育体系不健全、劳动教育成效不足等实际问题。在新时代，劳动教育要从不同角度实现有效渗透，并需要加强劳动实践，为学生提供更为全面的劳动机会，让劳动教育的育人价值得到实际体现，应从完善劳动教育顶层设计、营造校园劳动文化氛围、设置学校劳动课程体系、拓宽校外劳动实践平台等四个方面加以改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of labor education in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement to promote the development of China, to practice the core socialist values and to realize the all-round development of college students. At present, there are some practical problems such as families ignoring formative labor education, colleges and universities slighting over labor education, and our society downplaying labor education, which leads to the unsound labor education system and the insufficient effect of labor education. In the new era, labor education needs effective penetration from different perspectives, strengthening labor practice and providing more comprehensive labor opportunities for students so that the value of labor education can be truly reflected. Labor education should be improved from four aspects, including top-level design of labor education, atmosphere of labor culture, labor curriculum system, and labor practice platform.更多还原
