【摘要】 党的二十大报告指出要实施就业优先战略，促进高质量充分就业。高校毕业生高质量就业的难点在于高校人才培养与社会需求之间还不够匹配，就业市场反馈高校招生培养的机制还不够灵敏。构建招生、培养、就业、校友“四环联动”工作机制，提升高校内部治理效能，促进人才培养与社会需求相适应，实现“入”与“出”“供”与“需”“内”与“外”的协同，是当前高校应对高质量就业困境的有效举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should implement the employment-first strategy in order to promote high-quality and full employment. The crux of the difficulty of high-quality employment for university graduates lies in the insufficient matching between university talent training and social needs,and the lack of the employment market sensitive feedback mechanism for university enrollment and training. Constructing and improving the "four-ring linkage" working mechanism of enrollment-trainingemployment-alumni,improving the internal governance efficiency of universities,promoting the adaptation of talent training to social needs,and achieving the synergy of "entry and exit" "supply and demand" "internal and external",are effective measures for universities to cope with the dilemma of high-quality employment.更多还原
