【摘要】 子痫前期(PE)是妊娠期特有的疾病，终止妊娠是治疗PE的唯一方法。然而不恰当的妊娠终止会引起严重母胎并发症，因此，早预防、早治疗至关重要。目前，随着越来越多的研究关注PE发病机制，以及PE治疗靶点研发的巨大需求，许多药物显示出强大的潜力与希望。本综述对预防及治疗PE的研究进展进行总结和梳理，以期待为临床医生提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preeclampsia(PE) is a special disease during pregnancy, and the termination of pregnancy is the only way to treat it. However, the inappropriate termination of pregnancy will cause the maternal and fetal adverse outcomes. Therefore, the early prevention and treatment are essential. At present, with more and more attention paid to the researches on the PE pathogenesis and the huge demand of the PE therapeutic targets, many drugs show strong potential and hope. The purpose of this review is to comprehensively summarize and to sort out the research progress on the prevention and treatment of PE, in order to provide references for the clinicians.更多还原
