【摘要】 目的 探讨无痛分娩认知度在分娩恐惧和选择倾向间的中介效应。方法 选择2022年1～12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院进行产前检查的健康成年孕期女性500例作为研究对象。依托于微信问卷星小程序对所有对象的无痛分娩认知程度、分娩恐惧及分娩选择倾向进行调查。筛选合格问卷后统计相关数据，并就无痛分娩认知度在分娩恐惧和选择倾向间的中介效应进行分析。结果 将所有纳入研究对象填写的调查问卷进行统计后，剔除不符合要求的问卷后共计487份合格问卷纳入本次研究。选择经阴道分娩对象无痛分娩认知度调查量表各问题得分及总分均高于选择剖宫产对象，分娩恐惧调查量表各维度得分及总分均低于选择剖宫产样本，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总效应为0.62,直接效应为-0.54,中介效应为1.16(P<0.05)。其中直接效应占31.76%,中介效应占总效应的68.24%。结论 无痛分娩认知度在分娩恐惧和选择倾向间的中介效应明显，提高认知度可能有助于减轻分娩恐惧，提高无痛分娩的选择率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mediating effect of painless labor awareness on labor fear and choice tendency.Methods A total of 500 healthy pregnant adult women who accepted prenatal examination in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as subjects.Based on the wechat questionnaire star mini program, the cognitive degree of painless labor, childbirth fear scale and childbirth choice tendency of all samples were investigated.After selecting qualified questionnaires, relevant data were collected, and the mediating effect of painless labor awareness on labor fear and choice tendency was analyzed.Results A total of 487 qualified questionnaires were included in this study after the questionnaires filled in by all the included samples were counted.The scores and total scores of all questions in the painless delivery awareness survey scale of the vaginal delivery samples were higher than those of the cesarean section samples, while the scores and total scores of all dimensions of childbirth attitude questionnaire were lower than those of the cesarean section samples, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effect was 0.62,the direct effect was-0.54,and the intermediate effect was 1.16(P<0.05).The direct effect accounted for 31.76% and the intermediate effect accounted for 68.24% of the total effect.Conclusion The mediating effect of painless labor awareness on labor fear and choice tendency is obvious, increasing awareness of pain-free delivery may help reducing fear of childbirth and increasing the choice of pain-free delivery.更多还原
