嘉兴老火车站及炮楼结构修缮改造的设计研究

【摘要】 嘉兴老火车站及炮楼位于嘉兴市火车站片区,为嘉兴市级历史保护建筑。在修缮及改造过程中,针对历史文保部分的修缮,历史文保部分的改造及非文保部分的改造,结构分别做出了不同的修缮和改造处理,为后续类似项目提供了参考和借鉴。主要结论为:(1)提出的木构件的干缩裂缝、脱榫和砖墙裂缝的处理方式是合理的,施工简单,安全可靠。(2)提出的历史保护建筑采用内衬混凝土框架结构的加固方式,既保证历史文保建筑的整体性,满足建筑功能需求,同时也提高其整体的抗震性能。(3)针对改造部分,采用新建内置混凝土框架体系保存了既有外墙,体现原有建筑的外立面风貌。同时新建屋面采用钢木悬索屋架,彰显了结构的魅力,是新旧结构结合的完美展现。

【Abstract】 Jiaxing old railway station and tower is located in Jiaxing railway station region. It is the protective historical building in Jiaxing City. During the process of repair and renovation, different design methods are pressed in this paper for the repairing of protective historical building, the renovation of protective historical building and the renovation of normal buildings. These methods can provide references for practical in the kindred project. The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the disposal methods, which are used to repair timber element, the tenon structure and the masonry wall, are feasible in the construction process. Secondly, the strengthening method of internal RC frame pressed in this paper is proved to be useful. It can not only protect the overall performance of the historical building, but also improve the seismic performance and meet the needs of architectural function. Thirdly,the existing exterior walls are protected by the built-in RC frame, and the exterior features of the original building are displayed. The steel-wood truss built in the new construction shows the structural charm. The old building and the new construction are perfectly blended here.
