连接器密封橡胶件加速退化试验研究
Experimental Study on Accelerated Degradation of RubberParts for Connector Sealing
【摘要】 随着中国对海洋资源的重视,海洋装备的研发工作发展更加迅速。我国对于水下连接器的研究始终落后于国外水平,很大程度上制约了我国的发展。密封用橡胶件作为水下连接器必备的零件,对水下连接器的密封性能起着至关重要的作用。一旦橡胶件在使用过程中失效,会造成整个水下连接器系统的瘫痪,因此,连接器密封用橡胶件的寿命预测工作十分重要。本文以氟硅橡胶件为研究对象,采用高温加速退化试验方法,得到橡胶件在不同温度下的加速因子,基于阿累尼乌斯原理,采用动力学直线法建立了常温下橡胶的老化寿命预测模型。本文分别研究了橡胶件在不同压缩量时,常温使用寿命。
【Abstract】 As China attaches importance to Marine resources, the research and development of Marine equipment are developing more rapidly. The research on underwater connectors in China has always lagged behind the level of foreign countries, which has restricted the development to a great extent. As a necessary part, the rubber part plays an important role in the sealing performance of the underwater connector. The failure of rubber parts in service will cause the paralysis of the whole underwater connector system. Therefore, the life prediction of rubber parts for connector sealing is very important. In this paper, fluorosilicone rubber parts are taken as the research object, and the acceleration factor of rubber parts at different temperatures is obtained based on the high temperature accelerated degradation test methods. The aging life prediction model of rubber parts at room temperature is established by using the dynamic straight-line method based on the Arrhenius principle, and the service life of rubber parts at different compression amount is finally obtained when the temperature is room.
