动态环境下的柔性作业车间调度问题研究
Research on the Scheduling Problem of Flexible Operation Workshop in Dynamic Environment
【摘要】 针对动态环境下的柔性作业车间调度问题,提出了一种基于改进离散粒子算法的动态调度方法。动态调度方法采用在动态车间调度中应用最为广泛的滚动窗口与改进离散粒子算法相结合的再调度策略,最后通过对两类突发动态事件的仿真测试,验证了本文所提方法能够解决各类突发动态事件,及时有效地对初始方案进行调整,并与原方案有效衔接。
【Abstract】 A dynamic scheduling method using an improved discrete particle algorithm is proposed for the flexible job shop scheduling prob-lem in dynamic environment. The dynamic scheduling method adopts a re-scheduling strategy combining rolling window and improved dis-crete particle algorithm, which are most widely used in dynamic job shop scheduling. Finally, through simulation tests on two types of sudden dynamic events, it is verified that the method proposed in this paper can solve all kinds of sudden dynamic events, adjust the initial scheme in a timely and effective manner, and effectively connect with the original scheme.
